Working Days
Do note that our working days (meaning replying of emails and sending of parcels) are only from Mondays to Fridays, and Sunday. Excluding all major P.H. Please be patient with us if we take a little longer to reply to your emails on Saturday as it is our rest day!
Once you've sent us an email, we will get back to you within 24 hours.
Order
We work on first-comment-first-serve basis! LJ comments are given priority over email orders. (So please do not email us your orders!) *Do note that modelled pieces will be sold as well.*
Please leave comment in this format: Name of item, email addresses and your name.
An enquiry will not be considered an order; please state “CONFIRMED” if you are sure you want the item! In the event that you do not receive any mail, kindly check the status of your order. If the item you are interested in has been listed as 'All Pending', you would be placed on the waiting list. If any deal falls through, or if our supplier gives the green light for backorders, we will sent out a notification email to you! (:

Payment
Types of payment accepted: POSB/DBS ibanking or ATM transfer or interbank transfers
For ATM transfer, please email us a clear snap shot of your transaction receipt from the ATM to us, as a proof of transfer to our account. Otherwise, i-banking is recommended. All scanned receipts will not be accepted. We will send out the parcel only after we've received the snap shot.
If you do not make payment within 24 hours, we are very sorry to inform you that you will not be given priority for future purchases! You will also earn yourself a space on our deadbuyers list. Please do not comment on impulse, babes!
Prices are not inclusive of normal postage unless stated otherwise. For normal postage, please add $1.50 to prices stated. For registered postage, please add $3.74 to prices stated.
For bags and shoes, we will charge a flat fee of $2.50 (additional $2.24 for registered mail).
STRICTLY NO MEET-UPS unless otherwise stated.
Terms and Conditions
We will NOT be responsible for any lost or damaged normal mails. So opt for registered mail if you don’t want to take risks! Refunds will strictly not be done for lost mails.
All apparel/items available for sale are brand new, imported or manufactured products. By purchasing an item from us, you are deemed to have been agreeable to all the Terms & Conditions stated.
The Tinsel Rack reserves the rights to reject a transaction/customer at our own discretion.
The Tinsel Rack also reserves the right to amend Terms & Conditions at any given time.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges can only be done within 2 weeks from the point of sale of items. We will not be able to provide size exchanges. Please take our measurements on site for a better gauge.
We would not be able to do exchanges for designs.
In the case of defects (please send us a photo of the defect), you can choose from the following options:
1) We can send you a new piece via registered postage to replace the defected piece if there are available stocks. We would also require you to send the defected piece back to us through registered mail!
2) Send the defected piece back to us and keep the amount you paid for as store credits for future purchases!
*registered mail will be absorbed by us*
Note: Refunds will only be done for case to case basis. In the event of a refund, please allow us two working days to process it. For amounts below $10 in value, it will be kept as store credits. Refunds will only be done for defective pieces if we have no stocks left for that particular design.
